Where did the Pheasants go?
Spent the opener in a western Mn area, good harvest every year til this year what happened? Dnr count is even said to be down..... Walked more than ever and come home short handed.  ::violin:;

Really??  Everyone I've talked did well this weekend.  I will be out west next weekend, the guy who I'm hunting with said there is a ton on birds.

What area were you in?? I was in Western Mn and there were birds everywhere! ;D

The best is yet to come...I like goin after late season phesants when you and your dog can "skate" across the wet areas (when frozen)where those swamp chickens think they're safe! fudd.gif        -thunderpout 8)
