Report Frank Bertuca was my co-pilot today. Franks expertise up until today was strictly shallow water fishing. Fishing in deep water was somewhat intimidating to Frank until he discovered a whole new world fishing deep water structure on our trip. I'm glad to see him adapt so well on deep water trophy hunting and being able to build confidence in a new method of fishing.
We caught most of our smallies on a Carolina rig set up with live crawlers while anchored in 29 fow.

See ya on the water,

The best day to go fishing is any day that ends in a Y.
