anyone from grandrapids area or now the area. I ve been offered a 2.5 acre plot at a good price I have know knowledge of the area and need some help the land is on river rd

I don't know if you got my post in chat on going to the Itasca county web site. In the maps section you will find GIS maps, if you can find the general area of the land  you will be able to see who owns what in  that area. Any state, County or paper mill land is open to public hunting.
