I keep one in my camper and one is always in my truck. It has all the essentials needed. I also like to have plenty of beer, whiskey, or rum. Those sure help with temerary pain relief until the next morning. :rotflmao:

Wow thats a good one... I am putting together one.. was wondering about those saws that are jsut a piece of steel with rings on the end? I know they are not sharp but they will i think go through small branches? Is that something to add to a small kit?

Oh yeah. I forgot the baby wipes . If you have to , a bath using them is better than nothing.

As my BWCA fishing partner Dr. Bob can attest "Don't leave home without it!"
When there's a rumble in the jungle you best be prepared. As you may notice in the photo, Bob blew the back of my boat seat off as I raced for shore. :oops1:

"If it's the wifes kit it will be a cell phone and a credit card "

trying to figure out how my comment has anything to do with being a high maintance wife?- different survival kits for different situations. A credit card and a cell phone in the city will handle just about any problem you might have, be it car problems or needed overnight lodging and food. Don't think I mentioned anything in regards to make up and nails.

My hunting survival kit is different then the winter one kept in the truck and different again from the one kept in the boat and different again from the hiking and bird hunting kit. Dogs have there own to.   :coffee:

I really like a lot of the input on this..
A lot of thought needs to go into making a kit and planing..
I know once or twice a ace bandage would have came in handy. lol
