Game 6 for the wild !!!

Hate to say this and hope I am wrong but I think the wilds season ends tonight !!!

That hot goalie is more than they can solve and even though they are outplaying them it is over and the season is a disappointment because they did not make a deep run into the playoffs !!

Down 2-1 after two.. don't look good but the Wild do play better in the 3rd.. I do love watching hockey in Hi Def though..and on the big screen. Trouble is this may be the last game..

   Dude!   If they would stop dumping it in ALL the time and also fight to keep it in at least to the blue line, they might have had a better chance.  Oh well.  Its easy for me to say this from my couch, hey?  It was a great season and I love watching them.

They better keep Rolston and Fedoruk. The others would not be a big deal.

I like Montreal and Calgary, except for their coach, Keenan (Ive hated him for years...) I like Jarome Ingla, Ya think Calgary would trade him straight up for Gabby?  We need a bigger, more powerful forward like Jarome... not one that crumbles to the ice when touched... I know Im a bit ticked still... Gabby just stunk... maybe the russian mafia had him throw the series! Hey, it was an entertaining season... &  Lost some guys at the wrong time of the season, I hope Foster comes back healthy,  I hope we keep our GM & coach, and the new owner makes some good decisions letting go some guys and picking up some good ones to start his ownership out the right way... its a pivital point with the Wild this offseason!

well... I am finally over it.
What a let down after the season they had and winning the division.  I would have expected them to at least get through the first round.

they will have a ton of off season decisions to make due to free agency.  I hope they make wise ones.

Gabby didn't lose the series, the entire team did. They were out played, in this case the better team moved on and that is the way it should be. ( That and a hot goalie, someone said something about the Wild hitiing him in the chest, if you are a goalie and you play the angles right,  that is where you should be getting hit). Would like to still be watching hockey but... O well

How about we work on our offense. Although we controlled most of each game with the Avs it was night and day between the way they handled the puck and when we did. They are a much more offensive skilled team. I have been watching the rest of the playoffs as well and the wild do not watch with these other teams game. Our goals are usually sloppy and the reason we can't get the puck past Theodore is because we lack in the goal scoring department. You can throw a puck at Theodore and he will stop it and that is what we saw in this series, us just tossing the puck at him. I am dissapointed in the wild but I had no expectations of them going anywhere either. The 03 team probably would of had a better chance. I read an article that broke down the points and if we were playing hockey with the same scoring system as there was in 03 the teams records were almost identical.

I do have confidence that the wild will fix this problem and get better unlike our other Minnesota teams that do not. Next year should be better!

I agree with you. It would be nice to keep Gaborik as he is great with the puck, maybe a Jarome on his line to compliment him and free up some pressure. Gaborik had 1 point this series? It was sad that his game fell off he could of helped a lot! Also our penalties didn't help either.

As far as the Canadiens.....watch for the Bruins to knock them off tonight! That is going to be a sweet game!!!! Game 6 was one of the best games I have ever watched! Watch those teams compared to the Wild.

Yeah there's some great matchups out there for it bein the first round!  The Philly/Caps... the Sharks/Flames...Bruins/Habs... Thank God for Vs. Hockey!   Yeah Tim, that would be awesome, imagine Jarome on a line with Gabby and maybe PM Bouchard!  I'd get another job and TRY to get some season tickets....
