2008 Minnesota Outdoorsman Fantasy Fishing League

Here is a list of the basic rules, i will have a detailed list of all rules very soon. At this time, i need to see how many are interested in playing.

*$10 per player with 100% payout to 1st and 2nd place teams
*3-4 person teams
*Each team will have a team captain, the captain will draft players from the list of players that sign up.
*Everyone who signs up will be drafted to a team.
*The draft order will be agreed upon before the draft
*Team captains will be picked before the draft
*All entry fees must be recieved before the deadline of June 1st 2008
*Season will run May 10th through August 31st
*Playoffs Sept 1st- October 31st
* Draft will be held May 2nd 2008 (need not be present)
*Species: Walleye and Crappie only
*Season will be broken down into 4 periods (May, June, July, Aug), 4 fish per species can be entered per team each period, length of each fish will earn points.

Point system:

Walleye: 16" minimum to qualify.
16" to under 20" = 5 points
20"+ to under 24" = 10 points
24"+ to under 26" = 15 points
26"+ to under 28" = 20 points
28" or over = 30 points

Crappie: 9" minimum to qualify.

9" to under 10" = 2 points
10" to under 11" = 4 points
11" to under" 12" = 6 points
12" to under 13" = 8 points
13" to under 14" = 10 points
14" to under 15" = 12 points
15" or over = 20 points

* Rules are subject to change before the first period starts

* Must be a registered MNO member to compete

* An undetermined amount of teams will make playoffs, depending on total teams entered
