Well fishing has been fantastic. Opener was great, it slowed down the first part of the week, and started picking up again the middle of the week, and hasn't stopped. Water temp is about 49 /50 degrees. Jig with shinner seems to work the best, although people been catching on many presentation's. Depths anywhwere from shallow to 13' are working good, but fish have been caught in deeper water too. Alot of big fish are being caught, so make sure you check the slot limit before you start fishing. The patrols are on the water. They are catching all over, just look for some boats, and most likly they are catching fish. I'm not exaggerating, I fished Leech for many years, and this is our 8th year at the resort, and never experanced fishing on Leech like this before. Our customers are just happy as can be.
