went out with the dad and g/f on miltona 2 walleyes in 5 hours.....and the weather was not the greatest at all!! anyone go to winne? they still have like 10" of ice dont they?

what was the temp on Miltona, havent been there for a while, but will be soon--Mem day weekend.  Should be easy by then.

50 degrees..yea mem. day is a lot better up there for fishing...and sorry some friends of mine were on winne and said half the lake still has ice and the reports said no so i was confused??  :oops1:

well went up to miltona for the day today.....and.......2 walleye one 16" the other 21"....and one tiny northern...thats all for this weekend...

fishing miltona this weekend was amazing...trolled with some crankbaits on the north end and caught a 22" northern 2 16" walleye a good 5 lb and then my farther pulled in a 27" walleye...it was a perfect day out saturday and stayed out for only about 3 hours on sat!! but in all very happy with the bite this weekend

Great pics.

I stayed at Viking bay resort a number of times and I really enjoy the fishing on Miltona.
The evening walleye bite is great even in July. We stopped going up there about 3 years ago and I can't wait to get back.

yea my cabin is just right down the road from viking bay. it is very nice up there
