Ok sense this crossed my mind, and i seen one earlyier, are you allowed to shoot a pheasnat that is half rooster half hen?

yeah top half looks like a hen but its back half is colored like a rooster but without the long tail

Sometimes you will see young roosters that haven't developed the long tail. I have pictures I will see if I can find them.
