Granted, we were there in late Oct to our cabin in South Dakota

We had a great trip, even though lots of standing crops were still in the fields.

It was more about spending time with friends, the dogs and having over all a great time.

We will never be sorry we spent the money to buy a place out there. Just way too many things that you can't experance in the northern part of Minnesota. To stand on the front step in the morning with a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, breakfast cooking on the wood cook stove and here the roosters cackling, turkey's gobbling, mallards quacking, geese honking, Etc.

 LIFE IS GOOD!

Here a couple of pics from our trip

I'll post some pics in Waterfowl also

Have a Happy New Years Everyone

I stopped hunting about 5 years ago, but i have some memories that will
stay with me forever. That trip to South Dakota was always something
to look forward to.
