im new to the duluth area and looking to find some fishing spots nearby. what is used for walleyes around the area and what lakes usually give up a bite?
my wife said it.... im OFFICIALLY ADDICTED to MNO!!

Hi Steve! there are several lakes near Duluth. Fishlake is very popular eyes crapies perch and northern. there is a public landing near the dam and good fishing within walking distance. DONT GO IN FRONT OF THE DAM :cold: also Boulder lake ,Caribou lake , and Grand lake . are all good lakes to try. use small jigs or a pimple. Good luck and keep safe.

thanks, i will likely be using a bucket and a rod this year with a hand augger so probly only early season for me... my dad owns all the good stuff and i have to make due alone now  :censored:
