MISSING MAN!!! Need your help.

Everyone, especially guys who will be deer hunting up in the Remer, Grand Rapids, Deer River, Leech Lake area in the next few weeks, please be on the look out for this guy or his truck.  He is my dad's neighbor and a good guy.  We are asking you to call in if you even think you might see his truck.  they thought he went fishing, but his boat was left at home.  as well as his wallet on the kitchen table.  he hasn't been seen for a week now, and if he forgets to take his meds, he suffers from memory loss.  please be on the look out.  when in doubt, even call 911 to be patched to the sheriffs dept.

Man with bipolar disorder missing from Remer area; police seek public's help

Cass County authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a man with bipolar disorder who was last seen Oct. 16.

Wilferd Ronald Kolden, 64, lives in the Remer area. He is 5 feet 5 and 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Kolden drives a tan 1996 Dodge 4X4 extended-cab pickup with a matching topper. The truck has Minnesota license plates JWA062.

He left without his identification, money, credit cards or checkbook, authorities said.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Kolden or his pickup can call the Sheriff's Office at 1-218-547-1424 or 1-800-450-2677.

well... they found Willy last week, he was less then 50 yards away from his truck out in the woods in the area.  Nothing official yet, but we suspect maybe heart attack or maybe stroke...

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your friend John.  It had to be really hard on all of his friends and family,...the waiting and not knowing and it taking this long to find out anything.

thanks guys, it was my dad's neighbor and friend... I actually only met him once.  He went to my dad's church in town there.
