 :happybounce: Spent a few minutes talking to the big lake specialist monday. He said they are going to up the limit to 4 walleye for opener. Then after June 15th thay are going to up the slot to anything under 20 inches. He said they need to weed out some of the older fish as the forage is not there for the biger fish.

the limit currently is 2 eyes right?  you are talking about the open water opener in May, upping it to 4

As I understand it the limit is three.  The DNR has retained the right to change it anytime, but they do an excellent job communicating changes at the landings.
