Theres a few guys walking out with portables on the big bays now, I was out in spring park bay-got 3 walleyes right at dark in 17ft on a weed line. There was 6 inches of ice- But I was only 200 yards off from shore. The big bays only have 2-3 inches of ice ,and now we have all this snow! There are some of the cowboys on snowmobles out- maybe in small bays or along shore lines would I ride a sled or 4-wheeler! just remember Tonka has a lot of SPRINGS be careful!

I heard on the radio this morning some guy went through on his sled on tonka. A lot of people would say that he's dumb but isn't it safer to go out on a sled than on foot because of weight dispersment(sp)?
