So...all you Mille Lacs fisherman!

Where is your favorite place to eat and or drink on the lake??

I am partial to Buzzies as that is where we keep our shack. But...from there I visit Hunters every so often and i've been known to venture into castaways and the wharf from time to time. Hunters has good dinner and I like the breakfast at castaways. Also for breakfast there is that little dinner in Isle near the school just west from the grocery store. That is a good place and the price is right as well.

When on the north end of the lake I like Barnacles for a bar or the goose  :happy1:

Anyone else??

Mine use to be Pat's in Isle :cry: Sad to see him go. This summer I tried the Wharf not bad.
Once a year the gun club I belong  to we go to Myre Mar for a launch trip. If you like a good
burger and a cold BEER that's the place to go.

Not only was Pats a decent place to get something to eat but that was hands down the best place on the lake for leeches....Nowadays i refuse to buy bait on the lake. At least on the east side. Don't venture over to the west side much. will have to keep Myr Mar in mind for a burger next time i'm up there.

Blue goose for food and fun when we are on the pond. Our cabin is 'bout 7 miles north of Mille Lacs so our regular hangout is Lakeview on Dam Lake.

Damn bar on Dam lake, best chicken dinners around!

Pat's is a nice place. Hopefully someone will open it back up.

I've been to Buzzie's a couple times for some beers, but I never ate there. Do they serve food? Tim I'm a bit disappointed that I never got to see you do karaoke. :reporter;

I've been to Rockman's bar and grill at Rocky Reef Resort a half dozen times or so and the Rockman's burger basket with a couple beers is the way to go.
Here's to a long life and a merry one.

I have a camper in Sherwood forest on the NW side. I ventured over to MyrMar and lets just say the food left a little to be desired. When we are up there we head to the east side. I like the food and friendly female bartenders at the Wharf :tequila;

I saw you mentioned Be La's but that post dissapeared. Funny you mentioned that becuase I saw it on tv last night. Jason Davis did a special on it. And as far as a Steak at Carlsonas, I am right there with you! But that goes for 95% of restaurants. I can buy a better cut and cook it far better than a restaurant. That is why I refuse to buy steak at 95% of restaurants. Not even an option on the menu for me.
