Well at least theres sunnys&crappies to fish for! The walleye bite has slowed way down. I normally fish just the evening hours 3-6pm. All last week I was fishing the lowerlake area (wayzata- big Island) 17-25ft with or on a reef with weeds, and did ok, for guiding we got between 1+5 walleyes a night most were small 14-17inch. But today its like somebody turned the switch to OFF! If your looking for sunnys or crappies-- Grays Bay-Black Lake-Sprong Park Bay-Cooks Bay are good bays to try! sunnys should be suspended in 15-25ft along a weed line---crappies should be in 17-30ft look for either break lines or fish bowl type basins. After this snow fall and the cold front gets out of here maybe the walleyes will turn on again. Well try those for panfish and GOOD FISHING  Swede.

Thanks for the report Swede!  :happy1:  I'm surprised the fishing was dead today with the storm that rolled through. Maybe it didn't come that far south.  If that's the case, you're lucky!  Hopefully the action will turn around for ya soon.  :fishing2:
