I am looking to go archery hog hunting for the first time with some buddies of mine and we are currently reviewing outfitters. A couple we have come accross are Shiloh Ranch and White Oak Outfitters Inc. in Texas.

Has anyone hunted White Oak Outfitters or Shiloh Ranch?  Any other suggestions?

We have contacted both and can get into either and we are also open to other recommendations. Thanks in advance for the feedback and insight.

I hunted hogs along with geese with Stanfield Hunting Outfitters in Knox City, Texas back in December of 2006.  Phone # is 817-658-3172.  About 3 hours west of Dallas.  You can get a flight into Lubbock and the drive is shorter.

I ended up shooting a 108# boar (rifle) on a non-fenced hunt.  Crazy fun.  A word to the wise, after shooting at one, reload as fast as possible as they will charge and they are nasty... side arm as a back up is recommended.
Take a kid hunting and fishing... It'll be the best thing for generations to come.
