Has anyone fished out from Garrison yet this hard water season?  I'm heading up there this weekend and was wondering if the ice is decent and if there are fish to be found.  My Grandpa usually puts his house out from the point just south of town.

Thanks Jeff and John.  I'll be out there this weekend, so I'll be sure to post whatever I find out.

I've been out on Garrison Bay a few times now and hadn't caught a walley until this past weekend.  I fished out from the point south of town over Christmas and New Years, and have been fishing the reef out from Garrison Sports the last couple weekends.  We finally found them in about 9 feet of water, right on top of the reef.  We spotted four, missed two and caught two.  The two that we caught were right at dark when we couldn't see down the holes anymore.  I heard reports of guys seeing 20-30 fish a night but just couldn't get them to bite.
