Fished COTTON LAKE a full day on Saturday.  Good access from the East side with two main plowed trails.  Fished just north of the island catching 7 perch, 4 small northerns and a rock bass.  18 ft of water with many weeds below, small crappie minnows worked better than shiners and waxworms, but nothing to brag about anyway.

If anyone has any tips for this lake it would be appreciated.

When coming from access head south, there is a sunken bar about 12' of water, if you hit the island you went to far.  There is usually a grouping of fish houses there.  Many have caught nice pan fish, some large bass have come out of that area too.
