What's this world comming to?

As I sit here on the computer the news was on the tv and they said this guy shot and killed his 5 kids then shot himself when he learned that his wife was leaving him for another man! wow crazy! Then there was a chinese guy who shot and killed 13 people because he thought they were making fun of him for the way he spoke english. Very sad stuff happening out there! The news anchor guy says that When the economy goes bad the level of work violence goes up .

It's a different world, that's for sure. I couldn't fathem shooting my children, what kind of person does that take. I couldn't imagine shooting anyone for that matter.

You know what this is coming down to, picking on people. It needs to stop all over the place. I was majorly picked on in school, but I had thick skin and coulda cared less what the jocks thought of me. Senior year I started a band and they all wanted to be buddies then. Too little too late. There are some I've started to talk to now that I've caught up with twenty years later. Different people when you get out of the high school popularity BS. But this picking on kids and folks needs to stop. It doesn't take long to push some to the brink.

Well said sandmand! we were talking about the cop who gave me my only ticket ever! He is short and has glasses, ( no offense if that describes you  ) My dad said that guy was picked on in high school and now he thinks he is all tough and powerful because he wears a badge. (no offense to any law enforcement)
