After meeting Mike (7outof10) at the landing we decided to try taking my boat out. Bad idea! We got out to the spot and marked a ton of fish , Crappies and sunnies! The wind was starting to howl from the NW and it was getting worse quickly! The waves were pushing 3 feet! Mike stuck A nice crappie and a really nice sunnie before the bow started taking on water! we barely made it back to the landing . We decided to Go eat breakfast and "warm" up before deciding To try it with mikes Fishhawk. The wind was blowing stiff all day and never managed another fish . The wind was just too strong and the boat wouldn't hold on top of the fish at all.

Was it just you and mike out there? Rough I know the wind was pretty bad on friday when I was out my 30# anchor couldn't hold the boat but it slowed the drift down!
