We want to provide MNO/MWO members with the most up to date, informative fishing reports we can.  But we need your help to determine the best method of doing so.

The issue with Field Staff is some feel no one pays attention to their reports.  Sure it's just a few minutes of their time each week, but that's valuable time when running a business.

The Explore Minnesota Reports are ok, and very general at best.

Member reports can be the best of all as they were the ones actually out fishing.  However the reports are not as frequent like a Field Staff Report.

I'm open to suggestion, thoughts and ideas on the subject.  We want to make this the go to site for fishing reports-with your help we can make it happen!  :happy1:

First of all I'd have to see a report from a lake/area I'm even interested in fishing. I personally don't have any need for out of state reports. I'm not saying out of state reports shouldn't be posted, but I won't read them.
I'd rather read reports from staff or members. I just find them more interesting to read. Plus the information is relatively up to date. I'm not so sure that is always the case with general reports printed by other sites, bait shops, etc.

Rather than posting general reports in the forums why not have a fishing reports page? Reserve the form reports for staff and members.

I feel the way it is now is working fine. If I want to know ahts going on up on or around Mille Lacs I just click on that tab and poof there is what I am looking for. If I need info on a certain lake or area all I need to do is make a new post or pm or email anyone in that forum.
