The daytime walleye bite is hit and miss on the inshore structure areas on the big pond.  We need the wind to blow to get the shallow rocks going and the lake to cool down from the current 70o water temp.  The past 2 weeks gave us some nice hot weather that stalled out with no blow.  The crank bait bite continues in the main lake basin with 3.5 colors of lead core line will get you down in the fish zone.  The next 4 weeks are some of the best fishing of the season when the walleyes and perch move into the shallow rocks.  The smallmouth bass are going on the west side of the lake rock points.

Good luck, be safe and we'll see you on the water!
