Here is another tip that I have.

What I have learned this year is that a lot of people pass shoot. That means that they can not hold steady so what they do is they put their pin above the bulls eye and they slowly lower their pin until its in the red and then they release. You will not shoot consistent this way. Hold your pin in that red and if it waivers a bit that is ok, it will happen but do not pass shoot. You will never be consistent that way.
