vexilar or showdown sonar?
I want to buy a new fishing sonar but unclear of what to buy, I was hoping some suggestions.   I was thinking the vexilar FL18 or the new showdown vertical fish finder.

Of those two I would go with the vexilar in a heart beat.  I own the FL18 and the very first fl8 and have never had a problem with either.

Vexilar is the best and always will be.  id take a fl8 over a ice55 or lx5 anyday.
