The day bite for walleye fishing is doing well.   Work the mud flats with live bait rigs.  When the wind is blowing work the top of the mud for the bite, however, if the sun is out and the wind is calm work the deep water off the flat for the bite and try dragging your sinker through the mud using a night crawler.  Give the crawler a shot of air to keep it suspended and maybe add a colored bead or two.  The crayfish are in the shallow rocks.

Good luck, be safe and we'll see you on the water!
