North Dakota Elk Reduction Hunt permits due Today
The Elk Reduction hunt in the Theordore Rosevelt National Park to held this winter permit applications must be in tonight by midnight.... I believe its open to anyone ( dont have to be from North Dakota).  I know not everyone will like this type of hunt but its available to apply for.
