Fishing in the Bemidji area remains steady. After a long December of working and working, it's time for some serious fishing, and of course more working.

We got the rentals all moved out on to Lake Bemidji and have found the walleyes to be active. I have fished twice on the big lake, both times hooking up with 6 walleyes. Not a lot for size, but nearly all eaters. All fish have devoured a Demon Spoon with a shiner head.

Pannies are still going strong, with crappies and 'gills still mixed nicely. Deeper water seems to be the ticket for nicer fish, while good numbers can be had on the edges.

Give us a ring for some Bemidji action. We've still got openings to fill. Ask about reduced rates for weekday slots...
