This arrangement is quite popular for the reasons you gave.  It's a real time saver to have most of your stuff set up when you get there.  :coffee:

We use to have one on Pokegama lake, but then the lot rent went way up...so we sold the trailer. It was real nice, cause the bar was right there and you didn't have far to swagger...ah...I mean walk home....  :rotflmao:

what kind of lot rent you talking? ours went up a $100.00 to $1850.00 plus a hundy for our share of a dock we own 4 ways. otherwise its $400.00 for a place to park your boat/dock fee.

If I remember right...it was like $900, then they sold the bar and it went up to $2000

It's been a few years (prolly ten by now)....I think I got some of the old lot rent reciepts round here somewhere...

And we had a comunal dock we shared with other trailers...I don't remember what the cost of that was.

are you asking me? the campground we are at has no golf park and mostly seasonals with some weekenders for RV's, and tents.
