Brineing the bird=      check
make a rub=             check
set up new smoker=   check
soak the wood chips= check
watch football=         check
light smoker=            check
ENJOY SMOKED CHICKEN DURING SECOND HALF WITH  :drinking:

First use today.  I hit a homerun the first time.  Very juicy with great flavor.  Smoked 5 pounds of thighs and they are all gone.  Even the super picky kids ate them.  All but one of the kids  prefered them over the nuggets that the  :queen2: made as a backup plan.
