this dude showed up one hr before my little sis headed to her gun stand opening day was wondering what you think how many points and age? i know its not the best pic to count points thats why i ask im just hoping he makes it through the gun season wouldn't mind getting him with the bow

I would guess probaly a typical 8 with a droptine so a 9 pointer but who cares what he has nice deer not to often you get on with a droptine as far as age I would guess 3.5 really hard to tell with the faceing towards the camera pic. Hope you get him with your bow then we will all know for sure.

I wouldn't argue that. Possibly 2.5 but from this pic I'd lean more towards 3.5.

Yep, he is right there at 3.5 years old. A buck dosen't fully mature until that 6 year old mark. That 5-7 years of age (if they live that long) will produce the biggest antler size for a wild animal.

I've also read that around 6 years old their non typical antler growth peaks. Not sure how true that is, but if so imagine what this freak would look like.
