This 81 year old icefisherman went through the ice on Lake Washington near Mankato ended up losing his life.

Please be safe and careful this time of year.  No one should lose a life trying to be one of the first people on the lakes. You shouldn't be trying wheelers on 3-4 inches of ice.

Very sad!  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family!

     Another one went through and lost his life.  A 57 year old man on Lake Alexander in Alexandria went though on his 4 wheeler.   Be patient.  The snow will slow the ice formation.  :cry:
