Just got back from the hunting shack.  Pulled the trail cams that were on the gut pile.
Here are a few of the better pics.  The trail cam that you can see on the right of the pics batteries were dead so I didn't get any closeups.  maybe next year.

By Dodge WI there is a chicken barn and when they spread manure there are sometimes over 40 bald eagles out in the field feeding at one time.  I suppose there must be dead chickens in the manure???  They may put the dead birds out for them regularly because they sometimes have 20 or 30 sitting on top the barn or around the building on the ground.

cool pictures what kind of trail camera are you using?
Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.

wow great picture, gotta love bald eagles! And out of curiosity what kind of eagle is that in the last picture, I saw one of them at my cabin earlier this year and didn't know what it was.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

I am pretty sure its a golden eagle - they are awesome looking birds!  I LOVE EAGLES, they are fascinating to watch and they are HUGE!

I think it's more likely an immature bald eagle. I believe golden eagles are found further west and would be fairly rare around here.

X2 on the Golden Eagle. Seen them before up north. They are more abundant west and north but are also seen occasionally around these parts. Saw one on a moose carcass one time and almost  :censored: my pants, thought it was a teradactyl(sp).
