On Lake Winnie, Highbanks Resort Continues to limit their access to trucks and ATV's with portable ice shelters. Wheel houses are not permitted at this time. They are watching the changing conditions though and will re-assess the policy after the warm weather passes. Perch action on the East side of Lake Winnie has been heating up during the past couple of days. From Highbanks, heading out to the humps and fishing in 24 to 30 feet of water is producing.
