DNR offers land for sale

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will offer 10 parcels of land for sale at a public auction scheduled for April 18, at the DNR Central Office, 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., the auction starts at 11 a.m.


There are a variety of parcels being offered, including recreational, lakeshore and parcels with development potential in the Twin Cities metro area.

Recent legislation has authorized the DNR to offer these parcels at less than appraised value. Additional information regarding the land sales and terms and conditions may be found at: www.dnr.state.mn.us/lands_minerals/landsale.
