After looking at a ton of different rod holders i finaly built my own for holding my rods in the off season and i wanted it up out of the way where nothing could be damaged so i made it fold down off of the cealing  it is 8 foot by 8 foot and holds 32 rods and reals





it folds off the cealing by useing 2 pulleys and a rope that ties off to hold it up

I see I had a typo it holds 23 rods not 32 and i am very happy with how it turned out and how it works

very nice. now you just need some of those shocks like off an old hatch back so it does the "slow dramatic" release like in a movie.
