Went looking a little harder, it's done.  Apparently they were just 100-300 tickets short the past few years of breaking even and it just became too much in the red and they canceled it.  They said it was a shame because over the past three years they've raised something like $100,000 for charity through their raffle but it's illegal for them to use that money to try and keep fishapalooza afloat. 

What a damn shame!  Last year was my second one and i have to say i was really looking forward to my third year.  Bummer....
