I took this shot a few weeks ago of my brother in law and his dog.  This is an old beaver pond on my property.  Now we just need some more ducks.

Great spot to watch the deer cross?  I bet the lab took a swim in the cold water.

Give it some time I can almost say if there is water there there will probably be ducks in there sometime this year.

Several weeks ago I put up a deer stand at the edge of the woods over his left shoulder.  From there you can see the ducks, geese and occassional swan in the pond.

Good point, no wonder he doesn't see many ducks.  On the bright side, he hasn't been shot lately.  :rotflmao:
