The father in law used to talk about a doe they named 'Dolly' (for obvious reasons) up where we hunt. She had been there for years until one year she was a no show. Haven't seen any other deer like that over the last 12 years or so he said so I think it is probably something that wouldn't be passed genetically, but ultimately the decision is yours. Who knows if it bothers him or if he's in discomfort.
