Great time in the woods

For me this is always a great time of the year.  Once the snow is gone and the woods is laid bare it's amazing what you can learn.  Visibility is at it's best prior to the brush leafing out and the ground being covered with new growth.

Tangle town.  In summer and fall this would be an impenetrable wall of brush
and downed trees.  Now, it's accessible with a little effort.


Trails look like highways at this time of year.


Small food plot in the woods just waiting to come alive.


Now I know why we built this stand here.

I was supposed to head out this morning but the rain deterred me. Big time bummer! Tons of work to do!

Yep on my computer they look just fine.  On my IPAD they are upside down.

Great looking hunting spots though either way.
