fishing was good on Kab, despite the weather. gold jig and shiner worked the best... or a slip bobber and plain hook off the dock with shiner.

it's down, probably about a foot from what it was last year. overall about 4-5 feet down from what they want it to be for the summer. it's not a problem at my buddies resort, not too much.  some resorts are going to have big issues if it doesn't come up.  it won't affect the fishing at all, and camping on the islands shouldn't be an issue.
it will come up, just depends on rain.

Well I'm going up there on the last week of June for a week.  I'm staying at the Ash Riviera Resort and RV park on the Ash River.  I fish mainly in Sullivan Bay there.  Fishing in June is great there so I'm hoping for the same this year.  Last time we went up there  we had problems getting eye's under the 17 inch minumum.  we did get a few but the big perch kept us in the fish fry's for sure.  The smallmouth were nice sized as well.  good luck.
