I got this recipe from a friend while on a bike run down in Texas.
Things you will need. (adjust portions per quantity desired)

Venison Trimmed free of fat and silver skin.
Cheap Bacon thin cut. Not maple flavored.
Sliced Sweet pickled Hot Jalapenos  I drain off the juice and replace it with sweet pickle juice then let it stand for a week.
Two flat toothpicks per wrap.

Method:
Cut venison into 3/4" X 3-4" strips no more than 1/4" thick.
Wrap venison around 2-3 pepper slices.
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon (stretched) rotate Wrap 90 degree's half way while doing this.
Hold Wrap together with toothpicks.
Grill on upper rack turning often until bacon is cooked to your taste.
Serve immediately.
Don't believe your wife when she tells you that there aren't any left overs, while she carries them away.
