Cooking for 15 guys
I was on a golf outing this past weekend.  I know it's a sin but I ordered6 pounds of pulled pork that we put in a roaster for the first night and then through in a bunch of chicken breasts the next day and pulled them into fajitas.  The roaster did an amazing job.  We cut up 3 different kinds of peppers, onions and I added 3 packs of the fajita mix you can buy at the store.  I think one of the guys was licking the bag that lined the roaster.  There were no complaints on either.

Ya sometimes it's good to go that route as far as just buying some pulled pork.  But you did add some goodies to the pot!! Besides this gives you more time to be with your buds since your visiting.  good luck.
