so I had about 4 lbs left over from summer sausage macking. so I decide to amp it up with the left over. Im gonna make some sticks, so what i did was get some canned chipolte' peppers. why? cause the wife cant find the chillie perpers I wanted. so i opended them up and here they have some kida sauce. crap. I rinsed them off...Ya know those red chilie peppers in Genral to's bonless chicken wings at the deli in a big grocery store? thats what I was going for. So I threw them in a pan and added two cups Mr. Yoshids sweet and sour terriayki marrinade. and cooked them down. I straind the goo cause thats what I got. and it had a nice bite. about a cup of the syrup as i called it went into the four lbs of mix along with a another cup of hi temp cheddar. I think it will have a nice terriayki flavor with a bite. will see.
