Chicken, poblano quesadillas. Black bean and corn salad. Guacamole
decided to make something different. The family were away in st. cloud for a medical appointment so i decided to get dinner going and ready or at least almost ready when they get home.



Couple of tortillas got a bit hot.



Was pretty good stuff



I got one for work tomorrow too yay!
