Before we bigin let me establish this



Started with 3 poblano peppers cooked till blistering. Peelvem and choppem up. The get a cast iron skillet and grill up some chorizo, then add the peppers, garlic, green onions.



Once that gets heated up and mixed up good. I added tomatoes, black beans and some seasonings, cumin, salt and pepper.



Reduce the juice and then add cheese. Once melted, make little pits in the concoction and add eggs to the top of the mixture



Let it cook till the eggs are done to your liking serve it up with some tortillas

Cheerywood that looks great.  taste's even better in that cast iron skillet I bet, getting some love from that grill.  good luck.

was pretty good. never had it nor have i ever made it before. I love cooking with cast iron on the charcoal grill as well.

you forgot the most import part cherry,"green chile sauce" ladian in pulled pork.I call your recipe the American version of huevors,still it looks really good!
