I would think that this would drop the ducks in your lap!
Since Minnesota rules outlaw the spinning wing decoys, this would be the next best thing!

Shows how long I've been out of Duck hunting.  Last I knew was you could use the motion decoy but it had to be constantly running.  You couldn't have a remote to turn it off and on.  Minnesota is just a duck sanctuary for the southern states and I'm to not give money to the cause any more.
