This recipe is actually a goose receipe but works great with pheasant. Like in chow mein recipe take larger pieces of meat. Put in a 9x13 cake pan.

Mix 2 bags of Lipton onion and mushroom soup, 2 cans mushrooms with the juice and 2 cups water. I use the juice I baked the pheasant in.  Pour this over the meat cover with aluminum foil and set in frig overnight. Bake at 275 for 2 1)2 to 3 hours or till the juice thickens a little!

You can use 2 pheasants for this also. The breast meat turns out tender and moist.
