Finally had a chance to get the "Char-Broil Big Easy" Oil-less Turkey Fryer out of the box for a test run today!  Did a young turkey, shot it up with the Fleet Farm Cajun injection mix and rubbed it with cajun seasoning. Really easy to use, much easier to clean up than an oil fryer and hands-down the juiciest, tastiest bird I've ever made.  This will be a great addition to my outdoor cooking fleet.  I would recommend this thing to anyone.  Will be trying a roast next.

I actually got it for xmas from my old man.  If you buy the basic unit, I think it's around $90 like Glenn said.  You can buy the expanded package (which I got) that has the basket-handling hook for easy removal, and special basket inserts for holding chicken legs and skewers - I think that runs for like $130.  They go on-sale from time-to-time - check the normal sites.  I probably wouldn't have ever bought one if it wasn't gifted - with the exception of a few things, I do most outdoor cooking on the grill or the smoker.  But I'm really glad I got this, even if it just comes out a couple of times per year.  I can always cold smoke things before putting them in it, as well. Could not believe the juci-ness of the turkey - I think a standing rib roast is in-order.
