The Farmers Almanac says not so bad...if ya believe their predics. I'm watching for the geese, the wooly bear stripes, the squirrels nut gathering, and da bees swarming, for my guesses...  ;)

It could stay autumn year round for this guy!! What's the old talk of days with fog I've heard about, one foggy day = a blizzard. Well been several over the past couple years and NO blizzard here. Is that in that damb book reb??

Heard that one many times, Boob. Think it's for every foggy day in October, it's a snow in winter. However, there are many days throughout the year that I find myself in a fog, so I'm not sure how that applies....  :rotflmao:

Another September one for ya:  If St. Michael’s (29th) brings many acorns, Christmas will cover the fields with snow.
And my favorite: Beware the Pogonip!! I'll let you research that old Indian tale.

OK, I'm seen enough, making my official predic now: Winter coming early this year...and it's gonna be a long one.  To heck with what Farmer's Almanac says!

No Indian Summer or warm November days like last year. I was growing new grass in warm November last year, where that stoopid Gas co had dug up my yard...! I expect some snow to be on it same time this year...
